Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

SAS Registration Process

Refunds will not be processed.

Lacrosse

No Refunds.

No Refunds.

Baseball

There are no refunds.

BASKETBALL

2025 - 2026 School Year No refunds will be made for any player leaving or quitting the Program after December 31, 2025. Although Summit Academy Sports is under no obligation to do so, refunds may be considered in the event aparticipant needs to withdrawal from Summit Academy Sports prior to the end of the school year. Requests for refunds mustbe submitted in writing to the Summit Academy Sports Advisory Board, who will review each request on a case by casebasis. Any approved refunds will be issued on May 15, 2026.
